Do you allow returns?
No. Our products are sold as Final Sale.
If something is wrong with the products purchased (broken or cracked) , do you replace it?
We only do replacement of products sold within the month of purchase. You will be asked for Order # and Photo proofs get sent in before we send out replacements. You will pay your own shipping label once the replacement is finalized. We only use Canada Post.
When will you have inventory back for products that are currently Sold Out?
We are a “specialty” online store. There are some things we carry often and some that might not be back for awhile. Don’t wait for it. If you see something you like now, purchase it asap.
Do you have a physical store?
No. But if you are within the G.T.A - we can schedule for pickup to save on shipping. Send us an email first to make an arrangement.
Do you offer Wholesale/Bulk Pricing for Breeders and Rescuers?
Yes. We do offer certain items to be purchased in bulk pricing. The minimum order per product is x20 pieces (mix & match) to get the discount pricing. Please leave us your Business/Rescue Facility information in the WholeSale Tab.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes. We ship to USA all the time. If you are living outside of USA and Canada and are interested in our products.. send us an email and we can manually check for courier quotes to your location.
Who do we contact if we have not received our packages?
The courier we use is only Canada Post. All our shipping option comes with a delivery confirmation which insures us that the customer have received their package.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with Canada Post. We are NOT responsible for lost packages during transit or shipments sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.
We are not responsible to weather related damage or delays.
Once the package leaves our facility, we are NOT held responsible for anything.
